After a long 12hour day, I am back from today's tuning session. Things got started late and my car didn't see the dyno until 5:30. Several passes and and hour later and I'm making 307rwhp at 8600rpm. 8600 is where my clutch gives out fyi...
We had a tuner come in from Chicago and he knew his stuff. He tuned faster than I thought possible and made power that I didn't think possible (270whp on a jackson supercharged crx
)
I have a couple rough spots that he is going to fix after I send my log files but it is a really smooth tune. There is no violent torque surge as there was with my old tune. On my old tune, you hit about 4k rpm and you were wheel hopping like crazy until you pegged the rev limiter. With this tune, I can go wot with little to know traction problems and a few more hp.
The Ultimate Emanage proved to be a valuable tuning tool. I do not see AEM in my future as the ultimate does everything I need and then some.
A couple guys took pics of my car being dyno'd and one videotaped it. I'll see if I can get the pics and post them.

Thanks for the compliments guys. It feels good to finally have it running like it should. I'm thinking about tossing that BOV though. It's a tad bit too loud for me.
