Hello "Atlanta Club"!

I'm having a small problem that I hope you guys can help with. I purchased a set of sideskirts from an Atlanta resident (and Atlanta Club member) named "Tim Ham". Here is a link to his S2KI profile Tims2k's profile. I sent a check for the skirts at the end of October and still haven't received them. I received a few PM's and a phone call from Tim stating they were in the process of being shipped. But, here it is...February...and I have yet to receive them.

I'm not trying to bash Tim or imply that he screwed me. I understand that things happen. However, after numerous attempts to contact him, he hasn't come through.

If anyone in the club knows him, I would appreciate someone letting him know that I am trying to contact him and would like to finish this transaction. I am really hoping to have the skirts painted and installed in time for the "Dragon Run" in April. If anyone here can be of any assistance, please feel free to PM me or reply to this post.

Several of us in Atlanta know Tim but I don't have a recent number and it's been a while since I've seen him. You may also want to go over to www.S2katlanta.com and send him a PM from there.

Seems like a long time to wait for some side skirts.

Sorry to resurrect this old post...

But after repeated attempts to contact Tim, my messages seem to have fallen on deaf ears. I've left "PM" messages on "Myspace", voice messages on his cell phone, and pm's on this site. I am sorry to report that he has yet to respond or send the sideskirts.

Again, my intention with this post is not to bash the guy. It's just that after several months... my patience has finally worn thin. I really would like to complete this transaction. Also, it isn't just me that is inconvenienced. I've had two bumpers sitting at my buddies paint shop for months waiting for paint. Since I wanted to have everything painted at the same time, I ask him to hold off painting them until I receive the skirts. Unfortunately, his patience with this situation has just run out.

Tim...if you are reading this, please contact me. Let's get this thing resolved. Please send me the skirts or a refund. Either way if would be nice to have some communication with you.

If any of you guys see Tim or have contact with him, I would appreciate it if this message could be passed along.
