Default Future Event....An Afternoon in an "S".......

Anyone interested in a drive that STARTS about 1:00PM and goes to sunset?

Or, a drive that STARTS about 1:00PM, has one overnight and we relax, enjoy our cars and the thought of sleeping late, getting up and driving back after lunch on the 2nd day....again, home about sunset???

Am I the only one who wants to enjoy the weekends without an alarm clock?

Signed,

El' "West Coast Time" Henerally

I would like either, however if it was an overnight thing then it needs to be a Friday - Saturday event. Tamara has to work on Sundays and I will be getting off work early on Fridays for the next couple months. Dewain + Sleep = A Very Happy Dewain.

Later,

Penniss,

You are the only FREAK in the club who is 3 hrs behind the world!!! But, besides that, I am up for a drive this Sunday.

I think that Silver Comet and I are doing your Waterfall run this weekend since I am out of town next weekend.

Hey "Z SQUARED"

The cool people are up late at night and sleeping in with their lady in the morning, like The General does!
Instead of driving at the CRACK of dawn....I'll sleep in with Dawn's C _ _ _ _!

It seems some have said it is to hot to drive in the heat of the day....why SOOOOO worried about the heat?.... Why buy a convertible? Move North and shovel snow instead of soaking up the sun! When you LEAVE at 1:00PM to enjoy your car, you will drive FROM the heat of the day TO the cool evenings... (It ain't August folks!) thus ENDING the drive comfortable rather than ending it hot. Apply some Southern Logic to this, turn OFF your alarm clock, enjoy the morning at home in bed or whatever you want to do.....then drive the afternoon to a nice sunset. Come home, take a shower (again with Dawn) and you are redy for the night... The NIGHT OWLS HAVE IT RIGHT!

Get with it, WEST COAST TIME works.... NO Traffic, better weather and the BEST hours!

You can get up EARLY all week if you want and put the birds in the trees! The weekends were made to get a break, even for you early birds!

You may all now to The General

General,

I have to agree with your logic. I could be up for an afternoon into evening drive...whenever it doesn't conflict with motorcycle riding.

I'm up for an afternoon drive...once you get to the mountains it's cooler anyway...I'd be up for staying the night someplace too...

Afternoon or overnight trips sound great to me. I get up at the butt crack of dawn Monday - Thursday. I dont need to do it on the weekend too.

Ovenight trips sound like a good twice a year thing.
