Hey folks, I will be spending a lot of time in Atlanta over the next few months. I will be coming down Monday to spend the entire week. It's my first time in Atlanta and I was wondering if you guys could give me some "must see" places to go in my off time. I think I am staying near Tucker?

I took a flight down. I saw a Spa that had 18 inch wheels and looked to be lowered yesterday off of Lakeview. Nice ride! I kept waiting for the owner to show. I am leaving Friday afternoon. I will be back next week I am sure.

anyways...rogue heres my list:

Stone MTN, the cocacola factory, underground atlanta (right by coke factory)...

lake lanier (stragith up 85north for 30-40miles from tucker)
buford dam (up 85 north on your way to lake lanier)
helen GA ( 1:30 or 2 hours from tucker, well known in GA-close to tenn.)
rock city (border line of tenn and GA)

if you like golfing, theres plenty of pretty grass you can swing on...theres a golf course in alpharetta, GA where theres master's (?) or something really big going on...tiger woods, mickelson, singh etc etc. come every certain interval for competition.

theres not much, but enjoy as much as you can...you can't beat the weather

 

Yesterday was a bad day. Most of the time we're posting left and right. Always something to read about. S2KI is for the technical stuff, but S2KAtlanta is definitely for the meets and events.
