as Marine Force Recon soldier and i talked after you and i chit chatted.

Go with the MP5

Why? Easy access on ammo, great tactical (both urban and range) weapon, high rate of fire, works well with silencers.
I forgot the rest...but go with the MP5!

BIG reason why spec ops soldiers use it all the time.

The little one has been sold and is being replaced as soon as I can get over to my local friendly gun shop.

if your looking at different long guns, might try a look at the LWRC model of ar-15 style weapon. the main difference is instead of blow back operation it is piston operated which greatly reduces the amount of carbon in the receiver and heat transfer to the bolt and operating parts of the weapon thus increasing the life both in between cleanings (ie jams) as well as total end life (ie when its just plain broke) another competitor in this category is the H&K mr556 which is just the civilian 416. Either way good weapons although for the price LWRC is probably better.
