...and now for some HELPFUL information, and not this MEANINGLESS BANTER(!)...

For the folks that are going, it would be a good idea to bring some or all of the following:

swimsuit

shorts

t-shirt

old sneakers (tennis shoes? whatever you call 'em here) or sandles like Teva's (to protect your footsies from rocks and such)

towel

change of dry clothes and dry shoes

baseball hat (you can wear under your helmet)

sunscreen/block

For clothes you are wearing out in the raft, try and choose stuff that drys quickly. Cotton does not do this, so just keep it in mind!

I am looking forward to this! It's gonna be fun!!! Somehow, I foresee splash fights in my future....with me WINNING.

Good info from someone who will look like a drowned cat in the first two minutes... splash fight? How are you going to splash when we throw you 5 yards out of the raft? Ha!

 

You guys have fun on the rafting trip. Make sure to throw BazookaSue in the river once for me. I will be roughing it on the beach at Panama City, FL. I will be forced to drink excessive amounts of beer and watch bikini clad women all day (I hope Susan doesn't catch me looking, she might break my arm). The other downside to this trip is that every night for dinner I will be forced to drive my S2K, with the top down, to one of the many excellent seafood restaurants at the beach. I sure wish I was going rafting with you guys...NOT

 

That's cold, man. Really cold. Of course not nearly as cold as SuzukaCube is gonna be after we dunk her like a teabag in the river all day... but still cold. (not to be confused with TEABAGGING SuzukaCube, Tms02....)

 

I prefer doing the earlier launch as planned. It will be cooler than the afternoon launch. Or, perhaps that won't matter since apparently I will not be in the raft much according to some people!!! Please bear in mind, that if I am going in the water, my agressor is goin' with me. You have been dutifully forewarned....
