well by now i can feel the heat commin down on me but im just tryin to say that the guy didnt go overboard..... he did exactly what he intended to do with his car. just like you have done with yours james... he made his car suit his personality while also creating something more functional at the same time.... when MilleniumFalcon240 said that he went overboard with his build its purely subjective and i think that its a little rash on his part. if he would have said hey i just dont like this kit it would have been completely different in circumstance. but hey you and millenium are very right in your own possition.....oppinions are oppinions..
Trying to say something and saying something are two completely different things. My only disagreement with you is all the assumptions you made in your post. No one is hating on the person. Only the kit.

Like I said, it doesn't matter if anyone likes my car. I like it and that is all I care about. I don't like the body kit of the car in the first post. It's like putting a 2JZ motor in an S2000. Is it still an S2000? I say that it isn't. Same thing with the monstrous body kits. I bought my S2000 because I think the lines are pure sex. The more you take away from the natural beauty of the S2000 the less like an S2000 it becomes. There are body kits that you can get that can make a Fiero look like a Ferrari. WTF?

Again, no one is saying that the owner of that car is an idiot or a dumb ass. We are saying that the kit itself fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch.

I agree with Paul on the point that why is a 240 guy coming on S2KI and making fun of the way one of our cars looks that a member put together?

What the hell does that have to do with anything? I am an S2000 owner and I still hate the way that car looks. As far as I am concerned, this is a public forum. You don't even have to pay to post on here. The same is true for most other forums. Nowhere in the terms of service does it say that you have to even like S2000's. It's not like he's coming into this forum bashing all S2000's. That car is an abomination. If you like it then you are one of a select few that do.

Hey man I am proud of owning my little rust bucket of love (240).
(ahhh...)
but for yarbrough, i am not the anti Christ of this forum...it is Corn. Custard with the mustard knife in the bed room, so you can rest assured when you meet me i don't stab you in the neck with a spork. Paul, seriously man, it was only a small opinion though, but thank you for you input.
how i interpret the conversation back was like saying i am a city guy cracking a red neck joke.
jesus. I am here to talk about cars, i was in a funny way cracking a joke and you guys start pulling out the guns "CITY BOY IS CRACKING RED NECK JOKES AGAIN!!" (look out banjos, someones getting their opinion raped)

thanks for the comment Paul (no sarcasm), but it was a late night comment, i tried to correct any misinterpretations about my comment. I did not change it for any other reasons than clarification. I respect your opinion though, even though we have different means of stating them. Thanks again. (on the flip side) I hope everything is alright over on your end. Things are doing a little better over here, bit by bit.

I wasn't covering my "ass" more or less I was trying to make it known my opinion more clearly so there was no "the 240 kid said this" kinda slander in which invokes nothing but mindless back talk in which makes no sense and kills a lot of innocent brain cells and imaginary friends.

to everyone who seems to take my little thread the wrong way. this was a funny little comment about a car body kit. this was not an attack on your car AT ALL. so turn the waste gate pressure release down a notch, before parts start breaking.
I stated a opinion, not start a war. Though I do share a fond opinion in a passion for the tuner world. Thanks all positive and negative feed back (negative to a level of maturity).

I guess I can always go back to my 240 forum and crack 240 bad body kits and get a more sardonic response without someone pulling the "race card". lol. jp. *I chuckled. did you?*

Ryan where is that pop corn button?
I going to go back to my beer and movie now and maybe bother Lauren a little for the sh** of it.
