Well that was easy... Said he'd be happy to hunt it down on his way home. Will probably get it in Singapore since his layover is longer there. Works for me.

Now I have to figure out how to pay him back. It's going to be a pain to haul that bottle back here.

 

AND... I found that an ABC store on my way home that has the Macallan Vibrant Oak. We will be stopping there on the way home.

I bought the one first light you've got and the In Scotland one. Both in the Night on Earth collection.

 

I think you will be happy with the First Light. I almost didn't buy because it was $180 something for the bottle at my local and I do think that is a tad high for the quality of the product. But, honestly, only a tad. It is VERY good Scotch - not at all harsh nor smokey. Low proof, even for Scotch.

The box is fun, if you are into that kind of thing, and looks cool on a shelf. The colors are quite bright.






But.. If you don't like it, forward it to me.

The box on those is neat, bit of a puzzle to figure out the first time. I figure the bottle will last me a while so it should be alright, it’s not like I go through one a week, hell I’ve had these 2 for well over a year now
