sucks for you all with mortgages now, but i'm hoping the housing market up my way at least will go down some, b/c by the end of this year, beginning of next i want to buy a house, so the lower the market the more house i get for the buck

gas prices do suck ass.....our v8's are definitley piling up

correction i work for toyota....even better, except for the sports cars, honda has them beat

other than that NO. I have friends with hot tubs and they NEVER use them. I thought about buying one, but decided to use theirs instead. Just like our friends with a 40' sailboat, why buy when you can ride FREE.

thats why we have been waiting to build our house.

it wasn't until recently that i felt i knew a pretty good bit about how everything worked....i have learned so much since i've been here, but something is always changing in the market and the public is getting more and more impatient when it comes to buying cars.....as quick and painless as possible; hence the internet
