Well i thought it was going to be this monday, but not sure anymore. I need to make sure my brakes are functioning properly before going out into the middle of nowhere on some twisty roads. I'm guessing that following weekend ill go.
Hey let me know if you want some company....I'm always looking for a good drive and if anything goes wrong it might help you out to have another car around. Either way have fun!

and here are some other things to consider. The E39 M5 is claimed to have 400hp from BMW, but that really translates to somewhere around 350-370ish. Even at stock power ratings that car is still quick. It is definitely faster off the line than a stock M3 despite the significant weight differences. This guy not only lowered the weight, he increased power to 1000 dyno hp , but tuned it down to 800 hp so it could still be daily driveable

800hp is more than doulbe what that car does stock plus weight savings

If you click on that link, check out the mod list. Keep in mind that simple Intake, Exhaust, and tuning will run you about $15,000 on the M5
thats straight up siiiick

It would be nice if you would link them straight from your album with the [img] tags so they don't show up with a black background
