Tarts, did you notice that I picked all favorites last week except for the NE/Buffalo game? I wanted to pick all favorites, but I am allowing emotion to play a part in my selection. I'm routing very hard against NE.

I'm thinking about picking all home teams this weekend.
yes I did

lol @ "routing" freudian slip

I like that NE is blowing people out, Skip - to root against them and what they are doing would be very Democrat. No handouts for inferior teams!

Thanks, John. I've been noticing lately that what my digits key isn't always what I'm thinking. It's becoming worrisome.

While I do not like the Patriots, I actually agree with the full-court press. Michael Jordan never let an opponent up off the canvas. Tiger Woods doesn't let up in the final round. The psychology behind that approach is two-fold. One, the team or athlete is good enough to get a lead. Two, the fact that once a team/athlete is behind, they might as well throw in the towel. That is a very powerful weapon.

Opposition begins to believe they are inferior and lose hope. It becomes a vicious circle. So while I cannot root for the Patsies, I can applaud their approach and execution.

Wrong. It would be democratic. To be Democrat, handouts would be all over the place.

Actually, they're giving to the welfare program next year. Some draft picks and half-a-mil to be relatively close.
