I think RU482 has a new uber-ghey name now, something like "Plan B"?

BTW, found out why my top would not go down all the way and why my latch broke. One of the bows in the top is not being pulled back correctly when the top goes down. It is supposed to fold towards the rear of the car, but sometimes it folds towards the front. This causes the top to bind and not close correctly. It is the bow at the fron ofthe elastic bands that is causing the problem. Diagnosing the problem is 95% of the solution in this case.

Can't clear my cart, which now has over $800 worth of stuff. Because I can't clear it, I can't buy anything. You have to add items to your cart to see the Cyber Monday sale price.

They have shot themselves in the foot this year.

I sent a firm e-mail to their customer service. Their glitches have already cost me savings on the ratcheting wrenches ad now this fiasco. :volcano:
