Hey Skip! Yes, I ran into him at the gas station. He was on his way to pay the man!

Now follow the link posted here: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_0...=ie_11769_A_x20

I told you all Sears.com was screwed up! I even put the wrenches in my cart to see if the add'l discount would be applied... NOPE! To make matters worse, you can't remove it from your cart without clearing your cookies.
To raise my BP that much more, I just pulled out the ratcheting wrenches I bought Saturday. Yup, same as is on sale now. Price $59.99. :seething:

~ Breathe, Skip. breathe.~

I have to go to Sears anyway to pick up a part for my compressor, so I guess I shouldn't be that upset. I can tell you I'll be printing the e-mail I received and taking it in though.

I won't go into the mass-mailing response to my e-mail to Sears.com customer service. I took the time to chronicle my whole ordeal only to have a wholly generic response. Oh, hell no!

even if this situation is a little unique because Sears doesn't know how to run a web site.
