well like he told you, he knows how it works
he was a pain in the ass to deal with b/c even after i told him on the phone the price i gave him was "it" which it really was (it was an old unit we blew out at just over cost) he was trying to take shots at me. he put 6 grand on the table and said "what do you want to do? will that do it" "uh no it won't, you need $1900 more" i felt like i was negotiating the price over a big back of blow

the Hummer/Cadillac/Honda dealership that is next to the Tennessee Titans' practice facilities have this huge disclaimer inside their building that says: IF YOU PAY FOR YOUR CAR IN CASH WE MUST REPORT IT TO THE IRS! I guess they got tired of football players getting all peeved about being docked by the IRS for something that they elected not to report when they filed.
if you pay cash for a vehicle over $10000 we HAVE to let the IRS know. but if you buy a car that is $9999.99 then we don't

I just watched a show called "NOW... No Opportunity Wasted." No, Bill, Ross, others, that does not mean no "opportunity to get wasted" wasted.

easy workaround... pay $9999 at signing, take out loan for the rest from a local bank... pay off loan in cash
