However... You make a valid point.

Still, anything in a can is not something you are going to find at a decent restaurant so my argument, I think, is still good.

Dan... Saw your post about the wheels.

The reason I don't like the costs is because of the $30 or so per tire I will have to pay to have the RA-1's un-mounted because I don't want them.

Whatever you eat at a restaurant, you are paying quite a bit more than it cost them to buy the ingredients.

If you want to factor prep time as a "cost" to you, I guess you could, but I don't.
