The only time I have ever had a doctors appointment go on time was with my hernia surgery last January. That dude was actually super cool.. He has really nice offices with TV's and such, too.
I'd refer him in a heartbeat. 
Primary care docs are the WORST. The dude I've seen here in Leesburg will let you languish in his waiting room for hours. The place is almost always full of folks that are either hacking up a lung or look like they are about to drop dead.
I went in there to consult with the guy about the hernia and my whole "GTFO" instinct kicked in. I was afraid I'd walk out of there with the herp or something...
