no, there is a bike lane most of the time in DC. Use it.

also, stop at a red light or stop sign! dont just keep going! almost popped me a mofo the other day!

If you are on my half of the space, I am hitting you like a linebacker. I will not be sorry for others ignorance.

For example in the mall, if there is a gaggle of people coming and taking up the whole isle-way, I will wait till the last minute and tie my shoe. Almost made some people fall doing this. I am passive aggressive that way.
