It's bigger, cheaper, has a MUCH bigger kitchen, and it's closer to downtown than the place we applied for today. Things just got interesting.

That's actually not bad for Bethesda.. or ghetto Bethesda (North Rockville or Kensington?) I looked a few years ago and the COA fees up 750+ were too much to stomach.
Awesome donwtown apartment there, Matt. But I see no parking. The other place had a lot right outside the building.
But you cannot beat the location. 1 block off main street.
And you do not have to take main street to get home.
