I've been noticing that while I have generally been feeling better, coffee has a not so great affect on me. Maybe it's just the coffee here.

I am trying to give up Coffee altogether, I have a Keurig machine and I love a good cup of coffee. However it been unkind to my stomach

I am also trying to limit my caffeine intake also

its not been easy.

It is the one with the super clicky blue switches, though. The brown or red are more expensive (although the reds are still on sale).
