House appraised. Thankful to own the house in 15 short years. And we don't have a mort payment in March or April. So, that's nice.

Jeff, I didn't say Redhat sucks, just Redhat's implementation of Openstack. 
They change it so significantly every release that you pretty much can't upgrade it and I don't think that trend will change with their recent acquisition of Ansible.
That said I do like ubuntu better.

What's your current S2000 count? Still liking your FZ-09?
The new FJ-09 is on my shortlist for a new motorcycle this spring. I test rode a Super Tenere last week but didn't like it. Waaay to big.
Also interested in a used Multistrada 1200, but that wouldn't be anywhere near as reliable as a new Yamaha.
