It's not 15k for ALL home buyers...

but truthfully it's looking slightly better for me.. Since it's now 8k for first time home buyers as a credit.

what sucks is that there are bonding agents out there that you just can't get @ Home Depot racing that could really come in handy. I seen it on da TV once on A&E or some related channel... My dentist even used some on my fillings - just some epoxy gel & then he stuck a pen that emitted UV light & they hardened right up.

they had this one that this guy was gluing rubber together with but noooo we get Krazy Glue. Bonds skin instantly ...& nothing else.
