%SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32.EXE %SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\WUAUENG.DLL

Done both of those. Still don't work.

If that doesn't work and you are using Vista, do this:

Go to control panel.....user accounts..... then
turn user account control (UAC) off
