I sincerely doubt he can. My experience with used cars is that they are sold "as is." The dealer had to know there was no soft top. I am willing to bet that they tried to pull one over on him. Especially the way car sales have been of late.

It is usually on the buyer to take it or leave it. The really shitty thing is that the seller didn't point out the fact that it wasn't there. That would really piss me off...
