I think the soft top is more than an "as is" equipment. Not talking about the condition, but it's actually part of the car.

I'm pretty free, I'll be at Ross' house a few times this week finishing up the de-mod and doing maintenance on both cars but that's about it.

I agree that it is a part of a standard S2000 but when you buy stuff used, it is what it is. It is usually on the buyer to take it or leave it.

The really shitty thing is that the seller didn't point out the fact that it wasn't there. That would really piss me off...
