Mani do you the the 250 ninja is a good bike to start on?
It's absolutely an awesome bike to start on, very light.

A beginner rider gains his confidence by easily being able to control the bike at low speeds. A lighter bike is easy to control at parking lot and stop and go traffic speeds. The more comfortable you are, the more confident you get. The more confident you get, the more relaxed you get and riding the bike becomes super easy.

the lack of torque and hp on the 250 will prevent a beginner from going blazing speeds to get into trouble.
