Check out how well my decks held up. I built the little one and my BIL and I designed and built the pool deck. The little one lost about six deck boards and the edge band board. (The band board surprised me) The important thing is, the boards only broke between the one support span and the pool deck lost about 3 balusters (upright 2X2

i had an interesting day - i went to the beaches!
-ocean city was empty and kind of creepy because it looks so run down.
-Dewey was .... Dewey. Not much to say on a good day!
-Bethany was absolutely deserted. Every shop is closed for the season/ boarded up.
-Rehoboth saved my day. Most of the town shops are open, lots of good sales, a decent amount of people walking around. I got a Nico-Boli, Thrashers, some fudge, and enjoyed the sound of the surf.
At all of the beach towns there is a large amount of construction underway.
