mine stopped.
I stopped contributing to my 403b a while ago before the market took the huge dump; the govt still puts in money, but they never did matching just a big year end salary % donation (ex. 6% of my base salary).

oh yea, i meant to ask you, why do you have to take 4 weeks unpaid leave and why not just take off every fri and mon?

easy. just take 93 octane and dump all your old lead miniatures from your extensive D&D collection - don't worry the paint will come right off & let is sit for a few years - stir hourly.

I think that global warming is real but I think that the natural changes in the global climate have more of an effect.

The changes that you and I can make (even if we ALL make them) won't have much of an effect on the climate. It is the businesses and the manufacturing plants that do the most damage. Granted, it starts at home but it is the plants that belch crap into the the atmosphere 24/7 that are the real culprits.

You don't think we have any effect on what is going on whatsoever?
I think we're polluting the air, but I don't think it's really making the climate hotter... How do you then explain record high temperatures that were set in like 5-6 decades ago?
