morning!

 

I just like buffalo bugers. they are leaner than beef.

 

I'm conflicted...

I'm actually rather hungry but the thought of actually eating really upsets my stomach.

Pretty much everything I have eaten in the last 36 to 48 hours has pretty much gone right through me. FTL...

 

They are leaner but the lack of fat makes them taste like cardboard. Now, buffalo steaks are a whole nuther matter because you can marinade them to put back some of that flavor.

Damn... Now I'm REALLY hungry.

Buffalo Mozzarella is actually made from Water Buffalo milk.

 

i would eat anyway. but then again, im not one to talk, i havent eaten breakfast or lunch at all this week.

 

you must marinade son, marinade. same thing happens with deer meat.
