what i think is funny is if you get rotors resurfaced it costs around the same price if you just buy new ones.
It costs like 7-$10 a rotor to get them cut.

so if its 550/600.. why not get the drilled and slotted rotors and better pads (and steel cables and synthetic fluid) from vivid?

i'm so torn between it kuz i know the stock shit is good. just figured with being in baltimore, i'd rather have better rotors and pads w/ how stupid people are with driving and braking (hey i'm in the left hand lane... SHIT THERE'S MY EXIT! ZZZOOOOOMMMM *cutz over 4 lanes to make the exit 5 feet before the water buckets)
Better rotors? What's better than oem? It's a street car. Brake temps need to match pads, otherwise you won't be able to stop. BBK's are a PITA. But hey, you're in B'more.

Also, SS lines doesn't improve your breaking in any magnificent way over S2000 stock. In fact, I'd venture to say that almost all drivers would not be able to tell the difference between the two if they did a blind test.

Hey wasn't referring to our car. Many high-production cars' rotors are cheap as crap.
