I finally got some good news this weekend... I was going through some old family paperwork with my sister and I found a couple of old savings bonds given to my by my Great Aunt and Grandmother nearly 30 years ago... Face value... $200... Current value? $935!

This month has been rough. 
My well pump crapped out at home and no Christmas bonus from work this year, either.
I am really trying to get ahead on some of this stuff, but it just keeps comming.
You cannot imagine how happy I was when I looked up the value of these bad boys...
