So barely eat anything. And same thing for before sunrise... I eat next to nothing...just drink a lot of water and thats it.So my calorie intake has taken a HUGE nosedive
Last i checked on last sunday i was down to 117.5 on a full stomach befores fasting started I was at ~121 on an empty stomach...
