I have never been able to beat that with more than one suit... 
As for the job... I totally feel your pain. I get hit with the BS'ist of BS just because I am the only person around here who is even remotely willing to deal with it. It is sort of my job, I guess... Definitely not my favorite part of it...

I like the job, but I have no one here next to me to help. Its all help over the phone and I hate it, lol....
Anyways, I need more subway, I knew a 6" wouldn't cut it(thats what the girls say, right? lol)
