I replied back to the guy exactly 16 mins after I received his email. I have not heard a response from him.
So like I said, he can either accept my offer or if he gives me lip (which I don't think he will) then I will tell him to make a claim with USPS, but I won't just send the refund until he say "OK" or whatever.

That's why we use WSUS. Freebie from Microsoft and you can change all of the workstations to only auto-update from the WSUS box. Then you can choose to d/l IE7 or not.

They are afraid to ask me stupid questions and that works out well for me.
