I HAVE ONLY LIVED IN WEST VIRGINIA FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF! Before that, I lived in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Virginia. I only moved to the eastern pan handle because NoVA housing is st00pid expensive and it is WAY prettier in the country.
