ummm, the apostrophe goes after teh "s" to show owner ship. When you place it before the "s" it is a contraction for "Bee is".


If Jeff were referring to the knee of multiple bees, then the apostrophe would follow the "s" to show ownership of all the bees. If a single bee had possession of knees(which I'm not quite sure they have), his/her ownership would be shown as "bee's."
