does anyone like mango's?

Costco sells these dried mango strips that are fricken delicious...i'm not much of a dried fruit kinda guy, but these are fat free, high in vitamin c... and a good snack...
that's because they're dehydrated and then rolled in sugar??

peppermint patties and 3 musketeer bars are fat free too.

define healthy.

it's fat free because it's all sugar.

sugar turns to fat if you don't burn it.

i'm unaware of the process of them, like rolling in sugar..

but its natural sugar in the mango that would be healthier than the sugar in the 3 musketeers and peppermint patty no?

like good carbs bad carbs... noodles n rice or veggies and fruits..
