we had one of those, but it is all bricked up.
we have some weird gas fireplace thing in our bedroom that completely enclosed - I have never turned it on & am scared to since I suck @ diagnosing / fixing things and the previous owners were full of FAIL @ that stuff. You know it is bad when I am saying that this or that was done wrong, because I fail @ home repair.

in this economy? surely you jest.
This is true. That was more of an "all things being equal" kind of statement. I know you are in no situation to sell at this particular point in time. I was just questioning your "preference" for older homes. Ya nut!

Why, yes... The Jeep does have a hitch. Or at least a receiver. I could get a ball for it pretty easily. Me thinks I'll need a bit of a drop on that tongue to reach your little splitter, though.
I has a reese ball you can borrow if you need, Jeffaroni.

Gas in a bedroom is no good anyway. Carbon monoxide while you are sleeping FTL. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't pass modern building code.
