Except that wouldn't be a bad thing for me. Nobody else here 90% of the time. Plus there is a grocery store, TW Perry (aka power equipment retailer) and gas station like right next door.

The only problem would be ammo. There is a gun shop about 1/2 mile away but very close to the busiest part of town. Getting there and back could be problematic.
there is a gun store within walking range, provided there is no danger of getting raped by 1000 zombies, but they SUCK. Unless you are content with lever action rifles and can get your hands on a hack saw to cut the dang 28" barrel off some lame duck hunting shotgun

Starbucks VIA = instant coffee

If you believe the Starbucks propaganda machine, it tastes the same as their brewed coffee. It hit the shelves today and they will be giving out free samples the rest of the week.

I haven't tried it yet but I have to admit that I am curious... I do not care for their drip coffee because of the heavy roast they put on all their beans. That is probably what will keep me away.

I've never set foot in the aforementioned gun shop because they do not have a range on site but this IS Virginia. I'm sure there is something interesting in there.

if I were home - I'd be fuxored too - there are tons of windows & no way to block them all off - only 2 rooms have doors to them that lock.
