It is all either pass or fail. If you fail, you get a failed sticker but that is just as bad as having an expired sticker. I should mention that the inspection expired 10/31/08...

BUT... She runs right now and I should be able to get it inspected. The lady told me I have to wait TWO MORE WEEKS for them to get stickers! Come on...
