NT was great 10 years ago but it really has to be a pain in the butt to make it work today. Just having Active Directory alone would make we want to get rid of NT

yeah we're doing 2003-2008 migrations with some clients. The NT4s I tell them to start clean. 

all of the NT - 03 were clean installs, new account, the whole 9 yards.

on both accords.have you done NetWare to 2003 migration yet? (Also GroupWise->Exchange)? Interesting to say the least, luckily Quest makes some nice tools.
