yeah.. i had issues with dsl... when i first got.. at the old house... it took them like a month to get it to me.. then after i was technically supposed to have it.. it took another 2 weeks cause i couldn't get a signal....then the software wouldn't install.. yada yada yada...

then when i moved to the new house... it took them 2 weeks for them to transfer the account... ... and it's been slow ever since..
