Naw, just register, and we can park together on the showfield together, just gotta get there at a decent time. Should be a nice line of cars this year.

The biggest items to check are the roof, the heating/cooling system, and the general condition of the plumbing. Those are things that the average DIY'er does NOT want to deal with.

this is an example home that i'm interested in.

Probably not bad... Condos are good because the roof is not your problem; that is what the dues are for. HOWEVER, that place looks kinda old so you need to really watch the HVAC. It is probably ancient... The water heater, too...

Pics look good, another thing that helps out alot is exterior landscaping, putting in some flowers and garden blocks, Nice front door and/or storm door.

Make sure the HOA there allows you to change things, condos are different then normal neighborhoods, they like to keep things uniform.

That place looks like it fits the mold though, update kitchen/bathrooms, paint, decoration, floor. All ish you can do, then wait for market to pick up and sell...

It would have been REALLY, REALLY bad for me. Bobbie is the EPIC jealous type... It would have made the infamous Xbox Fight look like a walk in the park.

I have really been considering that lately. I need to replace a bunch of bearings on the jeep. Add in a bearing swap on the S and, boomderyago, I've paid to have my own press. The HF ones are only like 2 or 3 hundred bucks.

Thats another upgrade. Call a plumber, have a tankless put in, that is the way to go hands down now. I heart mine. Expensive but your money comes back in the end, even in resale.
