I think that allows for enough time for people to sign up.

There was too many people that eff'd around and made it hard on Jason last year. I want to put clear dates on this one to avoid that.

If no money in by the 11th, no chance to win the pot. That simple.

True. We use to do $5 if you were even or gained. $2 if you lost weight. It was much easier that way.

I hate to seem cheap but that is kind of a lot of money over five months. I can "loose" $20 pretty easily but you are looking at a potential of over a hundred bucks there.

I dunno how I feel about that.

Understandable. But it will also make you work harder to not have to put that much money.
