so i picked up the latest issue of motor mart (used car magazine) and apparently wright chevy of ambridge, pa has serial #1 of the mugan civic si. would someone please tell me how this is possible?

as much as i love hondas , as what i heard others say in here before, it just is not that much. plus, i really hate 4 door cars. i need a coupe'
