I have never done a dime of business with those guys but I have heard several horror stories about the way they support their products and treat their customers. This has given me a rather dark opinion of their business.
I have seen it in person and I have spoken with the guys that work there in person as well. I'm just not impressed. I think that there are better places out there and I'd rather take my business there.
Sorry that it isn't a juicier story.

I am very particular about where I take my business and I have pretty high standards. Inline just don't cut it, IMHO. I might take a difference stance if they were just retailing a particular product but if they put their name on it, I am not putting it in my car.
