Can't win for losing eh Skip? Sorry to hear about that...
I'll see if I might be able to think of something. In order to keep the trailer, you need at least 9,500 lbs of towing capability right?

Well, being that I've just recently gone thru this song and dance recently. And knowing what I had to do before, I am going to attempt to go solo again and try to get this knocked down. If I am not satisifed with the results, I will appeal it, and hire a lawyer.

Well, if a truck does come our way, it'll most likely have to be a CrewMax or Crew Cab. Those cost a little more money, but I'm not giving up on a truck just yet. As for towing, 9k lbs is the minimum in order to keep the enclosed trailer.

I'm talking to my friend Joe right now, who has a damn good bit of knowledge on larger vehicles. He's been a truck / suv guy all his life. See if he might be able to recommend something we didn't think about.

Heh, best of luck! When they cuff you up and tell you that you'll be bunking with bubba and you post bail... do you get the full amount of money back when you show up to court?
Get the money back from what??

So, if you appeal it.. you just walk away and have a later court date? Sorry, not too educated in our appeals system.

Yeah my brother
