Aaron my friend, all is well.... except the damn neck issue, but working on that as well. Hopefully another couple months and I will be able to see light at the end of that long ass tunnel.

I also love this area, not as much as south Florida and if the market continues to tank, you may be able to find some very affordable housing. We would love to have down here, seems like most of the tight group that we had has all gone away or is not as active.... but a few good parties or mod days can cure that deal.
