Breaking down wireless...

TMobile 72%
Verizon 67%
Cingular 59%
Sprint 52%
Cingular is great except for no reception at work, home and wherever else I go.

Haha - I had sushi on Monday. Some reason I don't get too sleepy afterwards.

Still aren't sleeping too well though?

How's your recovery going Naveed?
John

Recovery is going well... I can put weight on it and use the foot to walk "normally" now for short periods of time. I still have ot use that flat bottom shoe though. It is still getting used to moving normally so there is soreness and pain right where the toes meet the moot at the bottom and top of the foot after I walk "normally."

I also sense some muscle atrophy on my right leg as a whole and need to work on that... I'm forcing myself to walk as much as possible without pushing too far and i know once my foot is better, I'm going to need to make sure to do some work on that leg to get the strength back and have it be balanced with the other leg.

Normally sushi doesnt do that to me because I'm hungry like 1 hour after eating it lol, but when youre body wants to shut down and rest any excuse will work, lol.

And now, still not sleeping much at all... but its all good

Well then if a cel phone service provider can't provide you that service "wherever" you go it isn't too great is it???

Sounds like it's making a normal recovery

I had a similar thing when I badly sprained my ankle and was on crutches for 7 weeks. Atrophy was funny, one calf was twice the size of the other

actually it isn't too bad in most places except work. Verizon has a tower right on campus so their customers get reception in lead rooms

but it could certainly be better
