i don't think I can get the Saturday night dinner to be at the host hotel on the desired date.

check that... i get get a hotel with rooms on the weekend desired that can also host the dinner. i was hoping to have both at the same place even if it cost a little more. I'd prefer as little driving as possible once folks start eating/drinking.
