The same... we have a competition at work. Pretty much been busting ass to win it. Crazy part is, I really don't feel myself working any more than I normally do.

Nah - it's not regarding that. Basically in our department we are pushed to set appointments. Whoever sets the most appointments that turn into sales wins.

Extra Weekend off the following month
$300 bonus on paycheck

The contest is three months long. Whoever gets the most points during entire three month gets to attend the Checkered Flag Trip. I believe it's a one week trip in Mexico, all expenses paid (except for alcohol)!
