We walked past that one. Looks really nice on the outside. Overall, the town is pretty redneck... but it's not a bad beach.

 

I believe that's where I stayed. Nice hotel

It really is just a strip of road where people drive up and down and then the same on the beach.

Kind of dirty, but I guess kind of fun.

 

- Honestly, I live like 5 minutes from the beach... but the beach here is so freaking dirty it's disgusting.

I figure Daytona Beach is a nice area. It's just over 2 hours away from Tampa - so we can go to Busch Gardens one day. Plus it's only only 1 hour from Orlando - so we can go to Island of Adventure Universal Studios!

 

I beleive that is very accurate for that time frame. LOL

 

I never thought VA Beach was very dirty. You should come to Ocean City, MD if you want to see a disgustingly dirty beach.

 

 

Not really dirt on the beach or such - just the water itself. It's bad when you can't see your hand just under the water.
